Sifu Angus is a lifelong martial artist with over 20 years of experience in Choy Lee Fut Kung Fu, trained in Hong Kong under Grand Master Chu Shiu Ki. As a direct disciple and 6th DAN certified in Hong Kong, he represents a prestigious martial lineage.
Beyond Choy Lee Fut, he has trained in Muay Thai, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Choi Mok, and Chow Gar Southern Praying Mantis, giving him a broad, well-rounded approach to martial arts.
With a professional background in engineering, Angus teaches with an analytical lens — combining traditional spirit with biomechanical precision and practical logic.
Our classes are designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. We embrased small class, hands on training, and personal attention to ensure that each student receives the guidance they need to progress at their own pace. We focus on practical self-defense techniques, traditional forms, and physical conditioning.

No. Beginners are welcome and we tailor classes to all levels.
We inherit the rich Hong Kong Kung Fu legacy—where masters from across China converged, shared knowledge, and advanced the art together. That spirit of authenticity and evolution lives on in our teaching.
Comfortable workout clothes are fine. Uniforms are optional to purchase.
We accept students from age 7 and up.
